Producers Anand Pandit and Rashmi Sharma recently launched the trailer of their film Days Of Tafree, directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, at a suburban multiplex. The entire cast of the film was present at the launch along with Subhash Ghai, who graced the event as the chief guest. Here’s what the team said at the do:
Subhash Ghai On ‘Tafree’
The word Tafree is very beautiful. It means pause in life. It means nothing but being free and flying high in the sky and reveling in the freedom of your life. This film is exactly a reflection of the fun that takes place during the college days.
Anand Pandit On The Film’s Spirit
When I was in engineering college, I did a lot of tafree. Though there were no girls in our college we still had a lot of fun! This film makes me re-live every single day of my college days.
I never got a chance to live as I wanted in my college days as my dad was a principal. But I could surely relive my college days through this film. I chose this film because of the script. When it comes to working with newcomers, I think this cast is perfect as they have just passed out from college and they are so enthusiastic.
Krishnadev Yagnik On Casting
It took two months to audition for this movie. Every character in my film is more or less just as they are in real life. We had a lot of fun while shooting.
