This Cancellation and Refund Policy is with respect to the subscription to Box Office India magazine (“Magazine”) and will be read in accordance with and shall be subject to the Terms of Service of the Website.
Any requests for cancellation and/or refund shall be effected in writing and shall be in accordance with the terms of the Website.
No cancellations and subsequent refunds will be made for a 3 (three) month subscription to the Magazine.
In the event of a premature cancellation, rate as per the 3 (three) month package shall be applicable for the number of weeks that the subscription was active and the balance, if any, shall be refunded.
Subject to the deduction on cancellation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in accordance with the policy of the payment gateway and your bank/financial institution and/or credit card company through which such payments were made.
In event of any late or missing refunds, you are requested to contact your bank/financial institution and/or credit card company, to account for such late or missing refunds and the processing time for effecting such refund.
