Dus Saal Baad

Dus Saal Baad Ten years ago, during the release of Devdas, Kishore Lulla of Eros International and Sanjay Leela Bhansali had decided to make a film together but it never happened. Come September and they will have their first film together in Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi, of which Bhansali is producer.

Well, there’s good news as Bhansali’s next film tentatively titled Ram Leela will be jointly produced by him and Eros International. “We’ve always wanted to work together but that never happened. I’m glad it’s finally happening,” says Bhansali.

That’s not the only film. The duo is also working on a 3D version of Devdas. “It is to celebrate ten years of Devdas. Kishore and I thought we would try something in 3D and to watch ShahRukh Khan-Madhuri Dixit-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in 3D will be a great experience. Devdas is one film that needs to be made in 3D because of the sets. It will be magical,” he says.
