1. Thalapathi and Aaytha Ezhuthu are stand-out films in Mani Ratnam career, not just because of their storylines but also because they were memorable films with an ensemble cast. The casting of Nawab reminds us of these films. Nawab brings together an extremely talented cast and it will be a treat to see their histrionics on screen.
2. AR Rahman and Mani Ratnam have given us some unforgettable music together. From their first association Roja to their latest Kaatru Veliyidai, music has always made an impact irrespective of the fate of the film. The Telugu versions of their music has always worked so the expectations around Nawab are equally high.
3. Santosh Sivan’s cinematography, the chemistry between the actors, Arvind Swami, STR and Arun Vijay, who play brothers, a stellar female cast that includes Jytoika, Aditi Rao Hydari and Aishwarya Rajesh, contribute to making Nawab a film worth waiting for.
