Avengers: Endgame, even in its fourth weekend, continues to have a dream run at the box office. It clocked Rs 358.48 crore and became the highest earner among all the Hollywood films that released in India so far (all formats and dubbed versions included). The brand value of the Avengers franchise combined with the star power of Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Scarlett Johansson is only adding to the footfalls.
Despite that, Student Of The Year 2 that released a Friday ago, is holding its ground. There seems to be no stopping the Tiger Shroff starrer that has raked in Rs 62.46 crore after its second weekend.
Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer De De Pyaar De is not deterred by the Avengers: Endgame phenomenon either. The romantic-comedy is striking a chord with the audience. After its first weekend, it has earned Rs 38.54 crore at the box-office.
Two animation films - Pokémon Detective Pikachu and Chhota Bheem Kung Fu Dhamaka - are also running in the theatres currently, a rarity in our country. Pokémon Detective Pikachu has performed decently well and has collected Rs 7 crore after its first week (all formats included). Chhota Bheem Kung Fu Dhamaka, however, underperformed at the box office and has raked in Rs 2.20 crore after its first week (all formats included).
