Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu’s Badla, a mystery thriller, has clocked in Rs 21.50 crore over its first weekend. Like most Marvel films, Captain Marvel starring Brie Larson has struck a chord with our audiences. The film opened well and went on to garner a whopping amount of Rs 39.28 crore in its first weekend. Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer slice-of-life comedy drama, Luka Chuppi is the latest crowd puller. It raked in Rs 62.49 crore at the ticket counters after its first weekend. Sonchiriya, despite opening to rave reviews, received a damp response at the box office. The film starring Manoj Bajpayee, Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar and Ranvir Shorey earned Rs 5.51 crore after its first week. Total Dhamaal is on fire with the Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit comedy caper performing exceptionally well at the box office. It has earned Rs 138.35 crore after its third weekend.
