After achieving the top position as the highest day one and first weekend grosser of 2019, Salman Khan's Bharat now becomes the all-time second highest grosser of the current year. The film surpassed the lifetime earnings of the multi-starrer film Total Dhamaal (Rs 151.35 crore) just in six days of its release. The total business of Bharat till now is Rs 153.48 crore.
The highest grosser of this year is Vicky Kaushal's URI: The Surgical Strike that garnered Rs 233.25 crore in its lifetime. Bharat's six days' collections are approximately 66 per cent of URI's lifetime earnings. What we have to see now is within how many days the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial will surpass the lifetime earnings of URI and become the highest grosser of 2019!
