The buzz has it that the release of Hrithik Roshan–Barabara Mori starrer Kites has been pushed to April. Brett Ratner, who is overseeing the English version of Kites, wants the film to hit the screen during Easter. It seems Ratner has only just realized that the holiday weekend will spell better bucks for the film.
One more on Big Pictures: Trade circles say that Big Pictures, which had bought the distribution rights of 3 Idiots in India, has also cracked a deal to distribute the film worldwide for a whopping sum. When asked to confirm this, Amit Khanna said, “We always had all the rights for the entire world!” Point taken!
