Happy Birthday Katrina Kaif: Here are 5 of her characters that we love

Katrina Kaif took the Bollywood industry by storm with her looks and her performance. From being just a pretty face, she has time and again proved that she can deliver some amazing performances as well. There is no denying that she has an adorable personality that we can’t take our eyes off.

With films like Welcome, De Dana Dan, Singh is Kinng she has entertained us with comedy punches, while she has also had us fall in love with her with romantic films like Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani, and Fitoor.

On her special day, let’s have a look at some of her iconic character that we all love.

 

 Indu Pratap: Rajneeti

In Prakash Jha’s political drama Rajneeti, Katrina Kaif played Indu Pratap. From a young girl in love with Samar (played by Ranbir Kapoor), she undergoes a transformation as a strong political figure. This is probably one of her most standout performances. 

 

Laila: Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

Zoya Akhtar’s directorial Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is one of the films that we all love. Kaif as Laila teaches Arjun (played by Hrithik Roshan) how to live life fully. In the film, she is a diving instructor. The ease with which she did the role, makes it one of her best on-screen acts.

 

Zoya: Ek Tha Tiger

The Kabir Khan film showcases the beautiful chemistry of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, and since then every time the two have come on screen, it has been a visual treat. As an ISI agent Zoya, Katrina did the action scenes with as much as ease as she did the dramatic ones. 

 

Babita Kumari: Zero

Anand L Rai film Zero, did not perform well at the box office, but Katrina Kaif was lauded for her performance. She played the sizzling superstar Babita Kumari. She got under the skin of the character and played the emotional angle perfect to the T.

 

 Kumud Raina: Bharat

In Ali Abbas Zafar film we can once again saw the chemistry of Salman Khan and Katrina. She played a strict government employee but at the same time, when in love she vulnerable as well. Her curly hair and ethnic wear were just loved by the fans. 

Besides her films Katrina has also won millions of hearts with her dance numbers. Some of her hits include Sheila ki jawani, Chikni Chameli, Kamli, Kala chashma, Mashallahand many more.
