Kareena’s healthy diet is not only about salads and green juices but also her diet includes Indian desi food like dahi rice, papad, jowar, nachni bhakri, fresh sabzis. Her healthy drinks include kokum sherbet, lemon green tea, and nimbupani and this is how she maintains her fit body.
Rujuta has been a consultant for many Bollywood celebs like Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor and also Varun Dhawan.
