As the multi-starrer film Mission Mangal is up for release this Independence Day, we look back at Taapsee Pannu's films ever since she made her debut in the Hindi film industry and the business they did at the Indian box office.
Taapsee started her career in the year 2013 with David Dhawan’s comedy film Chashme Baddoor for which she received a generous amount of praise. Since then she has given us 12 films out of which some were critically acclaimed while some were box office successes. Two of her highest grossing films are the 2017 release Judwaa 2, where she was seen opposite Varun Dhawan and Badla where she was the lead along with Amitabh Bachchan. Judwaa 2 collected Rs 131.60 crore at the box office while Badla collected Rs 81.75 crore at the box office.
As per the table below, from 2013 to 2019, every film of Pannu on an average grosses Rs 43.78 crore in its lifetime. On day one, weekend one and week one, her films earn Rs 4.29 crore, Rs 17.22 crore and Rs 27.91 crore on an average respectively. Will Mission Mangal become Pannu’s second 100-crore film?
