Mitron movie review: Jackky Bhagnani and Kritika Kamra's film is a true blue entertainer

Remake of the National Award winning Telugu film Pelli ChoopuluMitron is directed by Nitin Kakkar of Filmistaan fame. Jai is a a good-for-nothing automobile engineer who wants to be a chef, may be! Then there is Avni, an ambitious girl who wants to start a food business. These two completely opposite individuals meet each other when their families start looking for a marriage match for them. This chance meeting culminates into a business partnership rather than a life partnership. How Jai and Avni influence and affect each other's lives and does their partnership go any further is what the film is all about.

What did we like? A simple story told well. Mitron has some good performances, funny dialogues, well-written screenplay and a good dose of romance, comedy and emotion. The flavour of Gujarat in the dialogues has been well maintained; no caricatures here.

What did we not like? The first half is extremely entertaining, but the second half at some places tends to delve into some usual Bollywood cliches.

Verdict: The film entertains and you can definitely enjoy it with your family and mitron!
