Satyajeet Dubey is excited about his upcoming film Prassthanam. He plays Sanjay Dutt's son in the film. While talking to a daily he spoke about his experience working with the actor.
He said, “He (Sanjay Dutt) treated me like his own. He conveyed words of wisdom from his life experiences, wrapped with humour, without being preachy. He is someone who’s full of life, love, and warmth. He used to call me bro, now it’s beta.”
The role was also an emotionally and physically draining experience for him. “Sanju sir saw me sinking and advised, ‘Don’t let it affect you so much that it handicaps you. If you want to do volume of work, disconnect after you hear cut. His advice will stay with me for life,” Satyajeet said.
The film also stars Jackie Shroff, Manisha Koirala, Chunky Panday, Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur in pivotal roles.
Prassthanam is directed by Deva Katta and produced by Maanayata Dutt. the film hits screens on September 20, 2019.
