PVR Cinemas was recognised for its remarkable content marketing campaigns at Exchange4media Indian Content Marketing Awards 2019. PVR Cinemas won two titles in the award ceremony organized on September 4, 2019, in Mumbai.
PVR received two awards -Best character-led branded content, Best crowdsourced (user-generated) content.
The winning campaign for Avengers Endgame lasted for a month and trended nationally on Twitter. The 360-degree campaign saw an exponential boost with the offline activation with the live interaction event with Robert Downey Jr. at PVR IMAX across the country.
