Rajkummar Rao reveals why he didn't do Deepika Padukone starrer Chhapaak

Rajkummar Rao has always entertained the audience with his wonderful performances. The actor has a tightly packed schedule as he has three films in his kitty, Mental Hai Kya, Made in China and Turram Khan.

In a chat show, Rao revealed that the role of Vikrant Massey in Deepika Padukone starrer Chhapaak was offered to him, but had to let go of the film because his date diary was full.

He stated said, "I didn't turn it down. Of course not! I loved that script but my dates were so messed up. I'm so looking forward to that film. I kept telling Meghna and Deepika that it's my loss."

Chhappak, directed by Meghna Gulzar, is based on the life of an acid attack survivor, Laxmi Agarwal. It is produced by Fox Star Studios, KA Entertainment and Mriga Films. The film slated to hit the theatres on January 10, 2020.
