Shah Rukh Khan joins Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan for video tribute to Pulwama’s CRPF martyrs

The Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has now joined others for the multi-starrer tribute video for the CRPF personnel martyred in the Pulwama attack. The star shot for the four minute video, Tu Desh Mera, taking out time from his busy schedule last week. Along with SRK, we will see biggies like Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Kartik Aaryan among others in the video. You can read about it here.

As per the report in an online portal, around 14 actors were approached to shoot for this special video. Tu Desh Mera is an initiative taken by Happy Productions India. The MD of Happy Productions India, Abhishek Mishra says, “To say that we were excited by the prospect of Shah Rukh Khan joining us for the video is an understatement. He was travelling that week and was quite busy. We are grateful that he took out the time to shoot for the video.”

Tu Desh Mera was initially scheduled to release on the CRPF Day but was later rescheduled. The song’s teaser will be released on Independence Day.

As per the report, apart from Javed Ali, Jubin Nautiyal, Shabab Ali and Kabir Singh, the Raees star has also lent his voice to the song along with some other actors. The lines that he has sung are – Tere liye jiyen marein, vaade jo tujhse kiye poore sab karein. Desh ke rang mein ranga hua, kehta hai ye lahu mera, aanch bhi aaye tirange ko to beh jaaun katra-katra. Tu desh mera, main hu tera…
