Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is leaving no stone unturned and has been helping migrant workers in Mumbai to return to their home back amid lockdown. Reportedly on Saturday, the actor again organised 14 buses for 700 migrants belonging to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
In the interview with a portal, Expressing his feeling on the same, Sonu said, "It gave me sleepless nights when I saw visuals of people walking hundreds of kilometres to reach their villages. Everyone comes here (Mumbai) with a dream, they want to make their family proud, and everyone should be treated well."
According to reports, Sonu has also started distributing 500 meal kits and groceries since March. Now they are able to feed over 45,000 people in slum areas, those stranded on roads and walking on highways.
Sood has also been feeding thousands of underprivileged people along with providing meal kits to migrants in the Bhiwandi area during the holy month of Ramzan.
Needless to say, Sonu Sood is only the actor who is going extra miles to help the needy ones in these difficult times.
