Warner Bros' Succession Plan

Barry Meyer, Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros, is extending his contract through December 2013 as part of a management restructuring plan. Alan Horn, President and COO of Warner Bros, will remain in his current role for the next six months but will leave eight months earlier than his contract stipulates. The next generation of Warner executives – Jeff Robinov, Bruce Rosenblum and Kevin Tsujihara – will share power as part of a new Office of the President.

Robinov, president of the Warner film group, will take on the responsibility for greenlighting films that belong to Horn.
