Week 1 comparison: Avengers: Endgame cumulative footfall 86.25% higher than Gully Boy in four multiplex chains

There were two films this year that released for a specific target audience. One was Avengers: Endgame, which was a Marvel film and another was Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy, which was inspired from the life story of Indian rappers. Both the films targeted youngsters as their audience and both are non-holiday films. Gully Boy however had an eight-day week while Avengers had a seven-day week.

Of course, both the films are incomparable in terms of their budgets and collections but even when the footfalls are concerned, there is a huge difference in the numbers.
