Janhvi Kapoor is all set for her upcoming film which is a biopic based on the life of Gunjan Saxena, first female combat aviator in the Kargil war. The actor is busy shooting for the film right now and was locked to start a shooting schedule in Lucknow next week. But sadly, the shooting schedule was called off abruptly.
Word is that Janhvi and Angad Bedi who also plays a pivotal role in the film were to shoot an intense scene at the UP Sainik School in Lucknow along with other locations like ones near Air Force station. The shoot was to begin on May 24 but due to bad weather conditions there, the makers took a call to can the schedule altogether.
On adding to this our source also revealed, "The team is headed to the UK for a month-long schedule in July. Before that, they will go there on a recce to finalise locations."
The film is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film is based on Indian Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena, who evacuated injured soldiers from Kargil in 1999.
